PUMPKIN SPICE DONUTS

Instructions:

  • Pre heat oven to 350 degrees and butter your mold

  • In a stand mixer, combine butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla mix until combined and add pumpkin puree and butter milk mix again until smooth

  • Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin spice into wet ingredients and mix on medium until combined

  • Add batter to buttered mold and bake for 20 minutes.

  • Take out of oven and let cool for 5 minutes

  • In a large bowl sift in powdered sugar. Add melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk and whisk until smooth.

  • While the donuts are warm dip on side into icing and let cool for an additional 10 minutes

Ingredients:

DONUT

  • 1/4 cup butter melted,

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice

ICING

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3 tablespoons milk
