APPLE CIDER CUPCAKES

INGREDIENTS

Apple Cider Cupcakes Spiced Butter Cream

  • 1 1/3 cup flour 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 1 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp milk

  • 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg dash of nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp allspice 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 applesauce

  • 1/2 cup apple cider

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 eggs




INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, butter silicone mold, or line cupcake tin.

  • Add melted butter and brown sugar to stand mixer and whip

  • Pour in apple sauce, apple cider, and vanilla and combine, while mixing add in both eggs. Mix until well combined.

  • Sift in flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and all spice. mix until fully combined.

  • Pour batter in to mold 1/4 of the way up.

  • Bake for 2o minutes. move to cooling rake and let sit for 10 minutes.

  • Start your butter cream

  • Add to stand mixed softened butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix until fluffy.

  • Sift in powdered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. combine until fully combined.

  • Frost cupcakes and enjoy!
