Crepe Recipe

       

     

Ingredients

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup water

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

(Recipe makes about 4 crepes)

Directions

1 Blend all ingredient's together.

2 Place in fridge for 30min to an hour.

3 Heat pan on medium heat. Add a little butter and let melt

4 Pour batter in the middle of pan and swirl out to edge.

5 Once top has air bubbles flip over for 2 minutes

6 On one half of the crepe add your first topping fold in half

7 Add your second topping fold in half again

8 Add both toppings on top
